Weekly Workout 11.6.17

I posted these leggings a few months back but I can’t get enough of them. They’ve been unavailable for the longest time but now THEY’RE BACK!!!! I would really RUN because I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold out again. I might buy another pair for when mine are ready to be tossed because they’re that good! Here’s your weekly workout:

(all weighted unless otherwise noted)

Monday: Circuit 

Squats (10 reps)

Military Press (10 reps)

Walking Lunges (10 reps)

Side Raises (10 R

eps)

2 minute rest

Repeat 4X

Sprint/Walk (1 minute sprint, 1 minute walk): 20 minutes

 

Tuesday:

Around the world curl (15 reps) Superset Reverse Curl (15 reps) immediately followed by 1 minute burpees

Preacher Curl (12-15 reps) Superset Cable Side Curl Low (12-15 reps) immediately followed by 1 minute burpees

Cable Curl High (12-15 Reps) Superset Cable Curl w/ Rope (12-15 Reps) immediately followed by 1 minute burpees

Calf Raises on Leg Pr

ess (18, 15, 12, 10) immediately followed by 1 minute burpees

Toes to Bar (AMRAP), Plank ( r leg raise 30 seconds, l leg raise 30 seconds), Scissors (AMRAP) : 3 Sets 

 

Wednesday:

Leg Extension Single Leg Superset Lunge Jumps : 4 sets 

Hamstring Curl Machine (8-10 reps) Superset Jump squat (w pulse at bottom) : 4 Sets 

Straight Legged Deadlift Superset Banded Pulse Kickback : 4 Sets

Hack Squat Superset Jump Squat (touch floor w/ weight) : 4 Sets

Cable Pull-Through Superset Side Squat Walk : 4 Sets

 

Thursday:

1 Mile Run

Pull-Ups (18)

Tricep Kickback (18)

1 minute Plank

2 minute Rest

Pull-Ups (15)

Tricep Kickback (15)

1 minute Plank

2 minute Rest

Pull-Ups (12)

Tricep Kickback (12)

1 minute Plank

2 minute Rest

1 Mile Run 

 

Friday: Try a Class!

 

Saturday:

15 minute Row Machine

Pushups (AMRAP), Dead Bug (AMRAP), Inch Worm (10 reps)

Decline Pushups (AMRAP), Dead Bug (Amrap), Inch Worm (10 reps)

Incline Pushups (AMRAP), Dead Bug (AMRAP), Inch Worm (10 reps)
