Over the last few years my shopping habits have changed drastically. I use to go shopping every Sunday while the hubs would watch football. Now that we have kids I literally can not even remember that life. If you’re in the same boat and love to shop but just can’t get out to do so physically, I’m sharing the 5 best online retailers for womens clothing, so that you can still shop – just from the comfort of your home instead!
Nowadays shopping online is pretty much the ONLY way I can shop. Attempting to try clothes on with two toddlers in tow isn’t exactly my idea of fun. It’s always a blast when I’m in the fitting room mid shirt change and my little guy flings the door open. I don’t know how people do it. Either my kids are just absolutely horrific or I am just a total spaz and can’t handle them in public. Either way – it’s not enjoyable for me lol.
The 5 Best Online Retailers For Womens Clothing
Nordstrom – I think when people hear Nordstrom they automatically assume designer brands and high price tags. This isn’t entirely true. While Nordstrom does carry high-end brands like Burberry, Chanel and Eileen Fisher it also carries more affordable options like BP., BlankNYC and Socialite. The hands-down BEST part about Nordstrom is that they offer free shipping and free return shipping with no minimums. This makes my life so much easier. The returns dept. there must think I am a complete lunatic for how much I return. They also have a great rewards program that offers 1 point for every dollar spent at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook. During “bonus” days you earn double points. For every 2,000 points, you’ll get a $20 Nordstrom Note to spend on anything!
Note: If you open a Nordstrom credit card you earn 3 points per dollar spent in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Trunk Club. Plus, 2 points per dollar on other things such as dining and entertainment. Cardholders also receive early access to the anniversary sale. This is a big advantage because items from these sales usually sell out during the cardholder shopping time period.
Lulu’s – Lulu’s is my go-to for trendy, flirty and affordable dresses and heels. While they have a TON of other super cute items these are my absolute favorite! If you ever have a wedding or a special event Lulu’s has you covered. There are always so many new arrivals and of-the-moment styles. They also offer free shipping on orders over $50 and free returns on ALL orders. They frequently run really great sales as well.
Nordstrom Rack – If you’r a bargain hunter, Nordstrom Rack is the way to go. They offer name brand apparel, accessories, home decor, etc. at up to 70% off every day. Some of my favorite brands like Zella, Nike and Free People are almost always available and the discounts are STEEP.
If you’re a Nordstrom Cardholder you also earn points shopping at Nordstrom Rack like you would at Nordstrom.
Amazon – Over the last few years Amazon fashion has become nothing short of incredible. They carry affordable fashion as well as designer items in all categories including clothes, shoes, accessories, etc.
Not only can you shop third party items on Amazon, you can also shop Amazon brand and Amazon exclusives as well as the entire ShopBop site. If you’re interested in learning how to find the absolute best fashion items on Amazon, be sure to check out this post where I break it down in detail.
I love Amazon so much I’ve created my own Amazon Storefront. I have it broken down into categories for easy shopping and share daily deals every single day. I also share weekly Amazon fashion try-ons over on Instagram.
Amazon also has a “today’s deals” section where you can grab popular items at a largely discounted prices. I’ve scooped up tons of items via this tab before. Additionally, you can shop Amazon fashion looks that influencer’s have shared via the #founditonamazon tab.
American Eagle – American Eagle along with their sister store Aerie are great for both juniors and adults. They have “mom” style jeans and shorts as well as crop tops, maxis, graphic tees, undergarments, athletic wear, loungewear, etc. They carry short, regular and long lengths in much of their bottoms which I personally LOVE! They also run sales like 99% of the time and the sale prices are always really good. They frequently have BOGO 1/2 off sales, 40% off sitewide, etc.
If you download the Aerie app they offer exclusive deals that aren’t available online.
So there you have it! These are (in my opinion) the 5 best online retailers for womens clothing. Who makes the cut in your top 5? I’m always looking for new places to shop so if you have any suggestions drop them in a comment below!
