Week 5 Prep Progress & Sculpted Shoulder Workout
Now that week 5 is over I’m exactly halfway through my prep. Once again I don’t feel like I’ve made enough progress. I will admit I am quite frustrated. When it comes to working out and eating well I am always very confident. However, the last few weeks have been tougher for me than I ever expected.
I’m still not seeing the changes in my body that I would like at this point. I haven’t leaned out as much as I anticipated even though I’m doing lower carbs in this prep then I did in the last. I got on the scale today and it hasn’t budged one bit. It’s that wonderful time for me so I’m again chalking it up to that.

I’ve decided that every time I post my progress I’m going to also post a work-out for you! I will not be posting my SPECIFIC workouts but the workouts I post will include exercises from my routines.
This is because I do go to the gym and include machines as well as dubmbells/bands. The workouts I post will include dumbells/bands and bodyweight exercises so that you can do them in the comfort of your own home. No machines needed.
